Good news! From 2026, the subsidy conditions for insulating glass have been relaxed. Where previously a maximum insulation value of 3.0 W/m²K applied, this has now been increased to 5.8 W/m²K.
This means that even historic buildings are now eligible for the ISDE subsidy (Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy and Energy Saving) when installing secondary glazing on front and back windows.
This makes upgrading with Belned secondary glazing even more cost-effective!
In addition to being an affordable solution, Belned secondary glazing offers even more benefits:
✔ Insulation against drafts, cold, heat, and noise
✔ Preservation of the building’s original appearance
✔ Easy installation, without major alterations
